Commision Duties

In accordance with Article 17 of the Higher Education Quality Assurance and Higher Education Quality Board Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 30604 dated 23 November 2018;

Duties of Karabük University Quality Commission:

a) To establish the internal and external quality assurance system of the relevant institution in order to evaluate, monitor and improve the quality of education, research and social contribution activities and administrative services in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the institution and within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Higher Education Quality Board, and to establish the internal and external quality assurance system specific to the institution. To identify key performance indicators, to evaluate the program and to report the work in this context to the senate; In institutions where there is no senate, to present it to the board of directors,

b) To plan and carry out internal evaluation studies and to prepare the annual institutional internal evaluation report containing the results of institutional evaluation and improvement studies to the senate; In institutions where there is no senate, to present it to the board of directors and to share the approved annual internal evaluation report with the public in an easily accessible way on the official website of the institution,

ç) To support the work of the Board (Amended phrase:OG-11/11/2021-31656) during the evaluation processes.
